1. How do I place an order? (You'd think this was a given right? You'd be surprised how many people ask this question.)

  • Simply add all of your selected items to your cart and click "Checkout" to proceed to checkout. 

2. Do I have to have a PayPal account to shop with Royal Rags? 

  • No, you do not need to have an account with PayPal to shop with us. Simply choose the "Use your debit or credit card" option. 

2. What payment methods do you accept? 

  • Royal Rags accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal. 

3. I live locally, am I able to pick up my order?

  • Yes, we do allow pick-ups for local clients however, order must still be placed online. Select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout and pay prior to pickup. 

4. When will my order ship?

  • Currently, all orders ship next day Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays are shipped same day. 

5. How long does shipping take? 

  • Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days. Overnight delivery is also available at checkout. (Shipping timeframes apply to IN STOCK items only. Not applicable to pre-orders)

6.  My items do not fit, may I return/exchange? 

  • We accept exchanges only for sizing issues and the customer must pay for the cost of return. We encourage all ladies to PLEASE read the item description in full and also reference our sizing chart prior to placing order. 

7. Am I required to create an account to checkout? 

  • No, you are NOT required to register to make a purchase. You may simply checkout as a guest however, registering comes with benefits. * Place an order in just a few clicks, without having to re-enter your shipping information and other details each time you shop. 
    Easily track your order status and history. 
    We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items in your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability. 
    Registration is completely free!

8. How can I check the status of my order?

  • An email containing your tracking number and shipment confirmation is sent to each customer once their order has shipped. Use that tracking number to monitor your shipments movements.

9. I need my order tomorrow! What do I do?

  • Royal Rags does offer overnight shipping for an additional cost. As you go through checkout, rather than selecting the "Standard Shipping" option, select expedited. There is an additional charge.

 11. Will I need to be home when my package is delivered?

  • All packages do require signature from someone at the residence. If you cannot be there to sign for your package, please ensure someone of a responsible age is able to sign for your package.

Royal Rags has partnered with USPS to ship your orders safely and it a timely fashion. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 2-3 business days (and express delivery in 1-3 business days) depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Orlando, Florida. Please allow 1 business day for your order to process and be shipped out. We do ship 6 days a week.

You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number we send to you once your order has been processed and shipped.

We now offer free shipping on orders over $80. There will need to be someone available to sign for the package. If you or another person will not be home for delivery of your item, please contact your local post office to make other arrangements. USPS will make only 3 attempts to deliver to the address listed. We are not responsible for items returned to sender for failed deliveries.
All shipments are signature required to protect both your investment and Royal Rags.

Please Note: Royal Rags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with Royal Rags you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.

International Customers: Royal Rags ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". Royal Rags does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and does not predict what your particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event your order requires any of these additional fees, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.
